Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns. Because every exhaust system is hand-built and made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and fabrication has begun. Please confirm your vehicle platform, specifications, and configuration before submitting your order.
Damaged items
If your product arrives damaged, contact us within five (5) days of delivery with photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will inspect the claim and, at our discretion, repair or replace the damaged part as needed. Shipping damage claims must be reported before the item is installed or used.
Lifetime warranty
Meisterwerk Racing products carry a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser.
For the life of the product, we will repair or replace any component found to be defective in materials or workmanship, at our option, at no charge. This lifetime warranty covers our fabrication and welds.
This warranty does not cover normal discoloration or heat-tint of stainless steel and titanium, surface finish changes, corrosion from road salt or track debris, damage from impact, contact, improper installation, modification, misuse, racing incident, or wear from normal use. Removal, shipping of the product to us, and reinstallation are not covered.
